Express Shipments - 1-2 business days - $35 CAD

Standard Orders $100 CAD or more before taxes - 3-9 business days - FREE

Standard orders - 3-9 business days - $25

US

Express Shipments - 2-3 business days - $75 USD

Standard Orders $100 USD or more before taxes - 3-9 business days - FREE

Standard orders - 3-9 business days - $ 20 USD

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

If we need to verify additional information regarding your order/address/payment there may be a delay in processing your order.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs and Duties

There are no additional duties or customs charges applicable to US orders.

Damages

Ritzy Wool is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
